Helpful details include product type, estimated quantities, target price point, any specs or references you have, and your ideal timeline. A rough direction is enough to get started.

Step 2: Shape the Approach Together​

We'll get on a call to walk through your project, discuss scope, and talk through the best approach. This is where we align on what's realistic, identify the right solutions, and map out the services needed to deliver.

By the end of this step, you'll have a clear direction and a plan we can both move forward with.

Step 3: Develop & Sample

We coordinate product development and sampling so you can review real products before committing to production. This includes supplier sourcing, development rounds, and revisions until the product matches your requirements.

You approve based on what you can see and hold, not assumptions.

Step 4: Move into Production

Once samples are approved and you're ready to proceed, a deposit is collected to confirm the order and kick off production.

From here we manage manufacturing directly with our suppliers and keep you updated on progress and timelines throughout.

Step 5: Packaging, Kitting & Quality Control

We oversee quality throughout production rather than just at the end, catching issues while they're still easy to fix.

Once production is complete, we coordinate any packaging, kitting, or pack assembly required so everything is finished and ready to ship.

Step 6: Ship & Deliver

We manage the shipping and logistics execution to get your products where they need to go — whether that's a single warehouse, multiple locations, or dropshipped directly to individual addresses.

You'll be kept informed until everything is delivered and confirmed.

What do I need to send with my samples?

Please include a packing list and label each item with the style name or SKU, size, color, and any gender notes. Add your shot list, required angles, and any pose notes so we can match your expectations.

Standard editing includes exposure and color correction, background cleanup, basic garment smoothing, and light skin retouching. If you need heavier retouching, complex fixes, or special requests, we can quote it.

We define “set” with you upfront, such as one outfit, one SKU, or one colorway. By default we deliver 8 edited images per set. We can also adjust coverage and pricing if you have many variants.

We review next day RAWs against your shot list and flag gaps right away. If anything is missed, we work with the studio to solve it quickly. It may include a pickup shot depending on the situation.

Yes. You can request male, female, or both. You can also share preferences like skin tone range, hair type, and overall look. We will source options based on availability and budget.
