Quality checks are completed throughout production to assess print clarity, fabric consistency, stitching, measurements, logo placement, names, numbers, and overall finishing. Production photos may also be supplied before the order is packed and dispatched.

The process begins with your quantity, sizes, team colors, logos, sponsor branding, player details, preferred collar, and target delivery date. Our graphic design team then prepares the sublimated jersey artwork or adjusts your supplied files for production.
Once the design, sizing, garment specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements are confirmed, digital artwork is provided for approval. A physical sample may also be arranged when required, subject to sampling costs and additional lead time.
After approval, the jerseys move into in-house production and quality control. The completed order is packed and dispatched to the nominated location, with tracking information provided where available.
