Sphere Resources partnered with Alexandra Headland Surf Lifesaving Club to create a customized lineup of merchandise for their 100-year anniversary. The project included sourcing, customization, and delivery of various items while ensuring high quality and cost efficiency.
The club found that local promotional companies charged high prices and offered limited options. This made it difficult to create a wide range of customized merchandise while maintaining healthy profit margins.
The club needed more personalized options, such as branded tags, exact colors, custom styles, and unique features. Local suppliers only offered generic blanks with limited branding choices.
The club needed a partner to manage multiple suppliers for low-MOQ products while ensuring consistent quality, full customization, and on-time delivery. Handling production, quality checks, and shipping coordination added complexity they wanted to avoid.

We consolidated orders into a few shipments to save on shipping costs and handled logistics from end to end. Our team also managed print quality and customization details, ensuring consistent branding across a diverse range of products. Each sample was carefully inspected in China before being packaged and sent to the client for final approval.
