Founded in 2018 by Sphere Resources’ Sam Clay and industry veteran Eric Fan, Sphere Sport was built to fix a problem most custom apparel brands knew too well — low quality, missed details, limited customization, and orders that never arrived on time.
Sam and Eric brought a model that worked: Sam bridging the client relationship with Australian-standard communication, Eric managing production with decades of factory experience behind him. What started in a single room has since grown into a 2,500sqm facility in Dongguan, China — and the operation is still expanding.

When something goes wrong across multiple vendors, accountability gets passed around. With SR, it does not. We co-own the factory and own the outcome.

Before production begins, you receive a printed, photographed sample to approve. If the colours or construction are not right, we fix it first. Not after.
Quality is checked at every stage of production, not just at the end. Every staff member performs checks before passing work to the next stage. Issues are caught during production, not discovered on delivery.

Choose from 100+ sportswear fabrics. We stock performance options like Exodry and Cooldry for sport, and Repreve Recycled Fabric if your brief has sustainability requirements. Have something specific in mind? Tell us and we will confirm if we have it.
We apply your branding using the method that best suits your garment. The factory supports sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and more. The method is chosen based on your design and fabric — not whatever is easiest for us.
