Yes, depending on the product and requirements. We aim to support lower-volume orders where possible, and our in-house apparel factory allows for relatively low minimums on custom apparel and sports uniforms.
How is pricing handled?
Pricing is provided as part of the product quote. Our margin is included, and any additional services are either built into the quote or outlined separately if needed.
How do payments work?
Typically, 30% upfront and 70% before shipping. Payment terms can vary by project. We accept a range of international payment methods through our Hong Kong entity.
How do I get started?
Send through your product or project requirements, or upload your brief. You can also book a call with our team to walk through the details.
What's the typical turnaround time?
Most projects take 3-6 weeks from order confirmation to production completion. Timelines vary depending on product type, quantity, and complexity.
Can you source non-custom products or equipment?
Yes. While we specialize in branded and custom products, we can also source standard products across a wide range of categories.
Can you help with quotes for pitches or proposals?
Yes. We regularly support upfront pricing for proposals, including products, certifications, and supporting requirements.
Do you have a catalog?
We have catalogs available, but we are not limited to them. Most projects are developed based on your brief rather than selected from pre-set products.
What additional support can you provide?
We support areas like dropshipping, certifications, testing, factory audits, quality control, and offshore warehousing. Through our partner team, we can also support web design, e-commerce, automation, and graphic design.
Do you own the factory?
We have shared ownership in a custom apparel factory focused on sports uniforms and merchandise. For other products, we coordinate with a network of trusted manufacturing partners.
