Introducing Sphere Sport
Founded in 2018 by Sphere Resources' Sam Clay and industry veteran Eric Fan, Sphere Sport was built to fix a problem most custom apparel brands knew too well — low quality, missed details, limited customization, and orders that never arrived on time.
Sam and Eric brought a model that worked: Sam bridging the client relationship with Australian-standard communication, Eric managing production with decades of factory experience behind him. What started in a single room has since grown into a 2,500sqm facility in Dongguan, China — and the operation is still expanding.

You are not choosing from what is in stock. You bring your brief and we build to it. No compromises at the start that show up as problems at the end.
You Approve Before We Produce
Before production begins, you receive a printed, photographed sample to approve. If the colours or construction are not right, we fix it first. Not after.
No Surprises on Delivery
Quality is checked at every stage of production, not just at the end. Every staff member performs checks before passing work to the next stage. Issues are caught during production, not discovered on delivery.
Order Only What You Need
Custom does not have to mean large volumes. Our factory supports low minimums on custom apparel and no minimums on sublimation orders. Order what you actually need.

We apply your branding using the method that best suits your garment. The factory supports sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and more. The method is chosen based on your design and fabric — not whatever is easiest for us.
The factory supports Digital Embroidery, Sublimation Printing, Screen Printing, DTF Printing, and DTG Printing. Each method suits different fabrics, designs, and finish requirements. If you know which method your brief needs, we can confirm it is available. If you are not sure, we will recommend the right one for your order.
Your packaging is part of the product. We design and produce custom apparel packaging in-house — from branded bags and boxes to presentation finishes that match your identity. If your order needs packaging, tell us upfront and we will build it alongside your garments.
